Given the popularity of the Advent Calendars, we have an entirely seperate fulfilment process that does not allow for additional items to be added.

Can I change the pick up location?

No, your order will be available only at the location you chose in your pre-order.

Can anyone pick up my Advent Calendar order?

Yes, as long as they have your name and order number.

Can I use my JACEK Gift Card on the Advent Calendar website?

No, this is not possible as it's an entirely different website & system.

Can Advent Calendars be customized for corporate orders?

Yes, we have corporate branding options for sleeves for the Advent Calendars. Contact sales@jacekchocolate.com for more information.

What do I do if I can't pick up my calendar on the date I originally chose?

No problem! You are welcome to pick up anytime after November 12th. We will hold your calendar for you.

Can I substitute any flavours in the Advent Calendar?

Each calendar is crafted as designed—flavours may not be altered or substituted.
